And even after this HSPA+ its not going to  take much besides software to change over to 4G LTE also. AT&T was only UPGRADING their hardware. I believe this is why T-Mobile is making it possible to go from 3.6Mbps to 21+Mbps in what... a few years? Whoo hoo!
