It should be built in. <br><br>I'm thinking Microsoft will lower the price of the old adapter and leave the N modelat $100 or more.  I don't see myself getting it cause if I did, I'd have to also buy a N-router. Thus far, my current Fios G router is just fine and the connection to XBL is perfect.<br><br>And the thing is black? You said ethernet bridge like its a bad thing.<br><br>I wasn't going to shell out for the genuine wifi adapter, it seems like a really stupid way to spend money. Linksys already sells a wireless N adapter that simply acts as an Ethernet bridge. The console business is a hard business like any other major industry with tough competition.  People complain about this and that but are thinking as the consumer, not as those who have to appeal to a massive amount of people but still turn a profit.  No doubt Sony and Microsoft have the money to burn, but they can't let it go on forever.  Both the 360 and PS3 are selling at a loss but other things are going to make them money like games, accessories, and online play (for the 360 anyway). I bought my Arcade only because it fell to a really cheap price, if it was even $30 more I wouldn't have picked it up.<br><br>Sure they can include it in the console. But you better believe you're paying for it somehow. When the new one is cheaper to make than the old one and obsoletes the old one, the new one is sold for less. Competition drives this kind of thing. I just use an Airport Express I snagged off someone for $50 last year. Then I can stream music to my stereo as well (without having to buy software to do it for me since I'm on a mac).
