No contract or commitment required.
Optional: You can optinally get an Unlimited MicroCell plan for $20/month. All calls *placed* on the MircoCell will be free/unlmited, even if you leave the MicroCell and hand off to the cell network.
Supposedly there will be a $100 mail-in rebate for the MicroCell if you sign up for an Unlimited MicroCell plan. No word on any minimum commitment (I don't think there is one.)

AT&T has a very good network here in my market while VZW is horrible.
