at home your latency with a good connection is 8ms-12ms, with 3G its about 100ms to 400ms.
with 4G you can get really close to a wired connections and have about 10-50ms latency.

Could some one who actually knows how to pronounce that correctly in English please help me out. I mean, that company is co-building Canada's newest HSPA+ network for Bell and Telus with Nokia-Siemens and I have no clue how to say it's name.

Also, what do you mean not around here Engadget? CANADA is around here, and like I said, Bell and Telus are carrier partners of Huawei who is building North America's newest HSPA+ network for the two companies. So I would imagine the new network which goes live next month would include all the necessary gear to take full advantage of the rollout next year to carrier partners.
