Now my display bezel has developed a crack, which i discovered hours ago.<br><br>Not to mention all of the software problems, my lappy has been a horrid experience for me. Let's hope this isn't the same way, I am in the market for a new laptop, and if this is inexpensive enough, I may just buy it. In price, size and function the new HPs are much closer to the XPS Studio 13/16 series. The new M15X after all, is a 9-pound monster and the Envy 15 is a 5.2ib upscale. <br><br>Just because they both took brand names from boutique gaming brands doesn't make them competitors at all - in fact, I think HP watered down the Envy name way too much for something that could easily be handled by a HP line. <br><br>As for design, I like the Envys but I don't think sleek is the only way to go; it's getting rather boring, in fact. That only make this computer apart. Of course the specifications are great, including build quality which are far from what Asus/Acer/HP/Lenovo/etc. produce today.
