The naysayers complain about the small keyboard. It's not a deal breaker, besides my newly installed virtual keyboard works in both landscape and portrait with haptic feedback to boot. So the $100 price point is a good thing, as it's now priced the same as an iPhone. As a S|P (Sprint Premiere) member I'm afforded the ability to get a new handset every year, but I love my Pre so much that I just may get the Hero and sell it without even activating it!
