They draw a little more power under load but complete their tasks faster so they spend more time at idle. They only game I really enjoyed was age o empires. There was a total lack and it didn't helphtc "forgot" to include 3d drivers for my device. The app store makes it slot easier to find games. Hardware-wise I think what remains to be tackled on mobile phones are cameras and then projectors.  Both offer significant physical challenges - size and power respectively.
