Don't see dimensions. I'm a little worried with those huge top and bottom bezels that the 11-incher is pretty huge. If its about the same size as every 12" laptop, I'm not sure I see the point.

The 6 cell battery seems livable based on the side-view in the official picasa picture set.

Not impressed with the keyboard. The right shift. The 92% size when they've got room to be full sized. But might be okay, would have to get my hands on it. Seems like they could have avoided this question.

Specs seem quite decent--multitouch, decent screen rez, 802.11n, etc. Lousy speakers isn't acceptable anymore though...

Also whats with the freaking port layout on the 13"? You put the SD card near the front of the keyboard because when the SD card is inserted it doesn't interfere with anything. You put the USB ports at the back since you don't want things sticking out of the sides near the front of the thing when its on your lap...

Fanfoot

Comments on Toshiba launches new Satellite netbooks in the US and UK

Bah, can't wait for my 17" 'netbook'. :P

pika2000

Comments on Toshiba launches new Satellite netbooks in the US and UK

Wow, I love the design of this laptop.

Jaturont

Comments on Toshiba launches new Satellite netbooks in the US and UK

When will Toshiba lounche a real satellie?

sarcasme

Comments on Toshiba launches new Satellite netbooks in the US and UK

http://www.ntspace.jp/en/

radarskiy

Comments on Toshiba launches new Satellite netbooks in the US and UK

It's just me or the only netbook reference in all of this is from Engadget?
