And I agree. Looking back at the PS2 it's pretty ugly but it was marketed really well and had a sexy box. So, it seemed very svelte at the time. If you look at the picture you can clearly see the boxes are two different colors. The 120 gb ps3 is setting back on the shelf a little but causing the game above which is farcry to cast a shadow on the corner of the box. Also note that a flash was used during this picture which would brighten the surface of the box. Secondly, every graphic on the "gray" box appears an equally darker shade than the box on the right.
