I own an iPhone but I'm not a dickhead like you. As someone who owns neither, but has tested both extensively, I didn't really like either of them. I didn't like the way the pre talked to other computers (or lacked in that regard), and I didn't like the iphones lack of a physical keyboard and form over function interface..

There are better multitouch portable devices out there.
