AT&T customers waited so long. Every other carrier released theit Touch Pro 2 long before AT&T. T-Mobile was teh first to release it, several months ago, and they are the only other carrier to NOT have a 3.5mm jack.

But be happy AT&T customers, you have a push to talk button! Seriously, does anyone subscribe to AT&T push to talk? How stupid is that?

Well, I guess we can map that stupid push to talk button to the camera or WiFi or something...

I'm really disappointed in AT&T. The Fuze is definitely a Touch Pro variant and was so launched on Sprint and Verizon, by the way.

With that said...

I think the Tilt2 is kinda sexy. So is the theme on that build of TF3D. But without a 3.5 jack it will be useless to me for multimedia purposes. Hopefully XDA will have found a way to use that nice duplex speakerphone for something other than conference calling by the time i get one. As for the "older version" of TF3D that's on it, it's a moot point to the vast majority of us that'll flash it 30 minutes after opening the box...

Not bashing your needs or defending AT&T's decisions. Just trying to bring some perspective. People who use regular headphones on their phones end up looking like idiots whenever an incoming call comes in and they have to talk directly to the front of the phone (as if it was a walkie-talkie), because there's no mic on the headset. So, which HTC phone have the best speed, web, mail, apps, battery life, audio/sound, etc? I heard that HTC touch pro 2 is very good and it have great review and rating.

What is the Tilt2 supposed to have that the other's dont? OK, many like the 3.5mm jack, but what's wrong with manilla 2.1 that everyone else is using too? You can add manilla 2.5 from the Leo if you so desire, there's an app for that...:-) LOL

Like Khaytsus says, the very large majority of people that buy these phones really should learn a little customization for these phones. I am not exactly talking about flashing new ROM's. You can add the newest manilla or themes outside of what is pre-loaded via cab without flashing, although getting a fresh new ROM with it already built in is a zillion times better.

As crappy as MS is at least I can put damn near whatever I want on it to make it to my liking, but that also means out of the box the phone is VERY SUSPECT to sucking A$$ because of bloatware added by evil T and basic settings.

i happen to fall into that minority and will flash the best soft radio and ROM w/manilla 2.5 within the 1st 30 minutes of me getting the phone. I know it sux to have to do that I agree, but i dont have 1/4 the issues most people report either.
