I've seen it in action on an Eternity, and it's pretty damn nice. It's expensive, but the quality is crystal clear with no lag whatsoever, which is more than can be said by internet-based television programs. Though it's channel selection is small, they're all channels that are non-existent on over-the-air broadcasts.

I'd buy this personal TV if the monthly fee was in half or non-existent at all.
