Around Azeroth: Spawn of a mad god

I am quite a fan of all things slimy and gelatinous in the deep sea, as evidenced by my current and former desktop wallpapers. I could happily fill this column with nothing but screenshots of the various uses of the Vanquished Tentacle of C'thun and go to bed satisfied that I had made the world a better place. But the stained glass window on the left side of this room before General Vezax in Ulduar disturbs even me. Are those half babies, half tadpoles? Do the raid leaders need to keep an eye on our human ladies to make sure they don't sneak off and procreate with the Old Ones? Ick. (Thanks to Haides of <INSIDIOUS> on Cairne for the screenshot.)

Do you have any unusual, beautiful or interesting World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? We'd love to see them on Around Azeroth! Sharing your screenshot is as simple as e-mailing with a copy of your shot and a brief explanation of the scene. You could be featured here next!

Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word "Azeroth" in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use alt-Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards, gold seller ads with dead gnomes any race at all, or pictures of the Ninja Turtles in Dalaran.
