I thought people only displayed quality art, not this nonsense. Hockney is a well respected artist/painter, so anything he displays should represent the quality of his past works, these do not. These iPhone paintings lack effort and look like they were created by a 4 year old child, they're not display worthy works, and not what you'd expect from a professional artist. I love this line. Just terrible. What you are really saying is that you should just accept what the establishment tells you without thinking for yourself. I have an education and the results looks pretty typical to me. If you put these in with 50 other no-name drawings I doubt you'd be able to pick them out as Hockney.
