Seriously, I think I'm just going to repair it myself when the damn thing breaks *again*. They had 4 chances from me to get it right, and they still send me old and used POS hardware revisions back from 2006 (my last console sent in Feb of 2009 came back as a Zephyr). I don't know why gamers care that much, except that no one wants to buy a system as unpopular as the old Xbox or dreamcast. Look kids: the PS3 is about 1/4th of the world market, and the 360 is about 1/3rd. Neither get the stupid props for being dominating. Both have more than enough saturation to ensure that they will gets tons and tons of awesome games. Everyone freaking wins. Life is good.

I personally prefer the PS3 because I like the franchises that are exclusive. I know people who take tons of pleasure in Halo, and that 360 has been a great deal for them. Multis are not bad at all on either system (though I think the PS3 exclusives have far better graphics). Life's good for everyone.

Last roung, the XBOX was absolutely a terrible failure, and Microsoft abandoned their customers in a sense, very early on. That's what the secret fear is that has led to so many fanboys trying to convince everyone to join their ship. MS knows this, and shouldn't take too much pride in this battle they invented.
