You realise the Noia netbook is actually made by Compal who have a pretty long pedigree of making portables, right?

It would have to be neo booklet 3G. Neo Nokia means it's a new version of Nokia the company which isn't what you meant is it?

If I'm wrong I apologize for that but I doubt it. There is no MAC in the market currently at the same price and of same build quality and same/similar competitive features.
The new MacBook doesn't even have space for a SD card reader while this little one could fine space for that.

in japan they offer netbooks for very low price almost free if you sign up for 7.2mbps unlimited internet anywhere from softbank or other mobile company.

core i7 netbooks of course may take a while longer, but their also coming.
