I am currently running a beta Gigabyte BIOS and have been for at least a year. I get your point, but if the Zune had a problem sinking with OS X and there was a program for the Zune on OS X, then it would be Apples fault. Not because they were the one who would have caused the but, but because they take the role of being the vendor for every part of there product line. They assume responsibility for every part of there product line rather then blaming the issue on someone else. Its the advantage of having a mac and the idea behind the "it just works" mentality. (I don't have a mac, probably won't get one. and for some reason it corrupted my boot file, and now it is trying to boot Windows XP. With no XP installed. Great.
