I'm with Telus now. A week after signing for one of their package, I called them up to add an additional feature. When it was time add up my monthly amount, their customer service game me a higher price than what I expected. It should had been an extra $5, instead she calculated an extra $35. I told her of the promotional package I just sign (and the reason I signed), but she couldn't find the package...she was giving me the regular prices. She then transferred me to anther person, who tried to convince me there was no package. Finally, I told her I was going to come down to the store and grab the promotional poster deliver it their head office with her name and my issue. She then agreed to give me the promotional package and 3 free voice mail.
