Then I saw the first post was about that... and then I saw  a whole slew of responses saying the same thing!<br><br>Anyhow, FWIW, I'm on the same page. I really hope there is very good hardware compatibility. Specifically, my brother is getting one of the AMD netbooks for xmas. The CPU on it is significantly faster than the Atom in all windows benchmarks, but the linux hardware compatibility isn't great. It's fast, and lightweight in comparison to Firefox. I'm waiting for the add-on scene to take off till I switch browsers.<br><br>I haven't had the luxury of using an Android phone (not many good ones here in Canada, personally I'm waiting on the Droid), but most people seem to like the OS. Which phone did you test Android on?<br><br>In my opinion, the release of Chrome OS can only be beneficial. Give it two more years and Android will overtake iPhone in almost every aspect.
