3) Android 2.0 does not allow you to wipe your phone data neither to locate your phone using a web portal.

The perfect could be ANDROID 2.0 + Blur..

I think you might have got the two confused in that way. I mean you've got the Droid's ARM Cortex A8 compared to an ARM 11 with 500 some megahertz
Plus the droid has Android 2.0 which includes mapping and a lot of integrated soc networks in contacts (not as much as Motoblur though).
