Compared to my 3Gs, I couldn't keep up any kind of speed on the thing. As I'm getting incredibly bored of my iPhone, I may give the Droid (milestone) a whirl next month :)

Mark P

Comments on HTC HD2 review

@HighestRanked

what the HELL are you talking about? Happened to me quite a few times. It mostly happens when one tries to reply to a reply and not the parent comment.

On topic though, I'd have liked to see you guys mention how Microsoft worked closely with HTC to make the HD2 a reality. It's not like HTC took the bone stock WinMo6.5 build and then set forth to hide it deep under a mishmash of graphic awesomeness. Things like the capacitive screen works because Microsoft engineers lent a hand (HTC's words, not mine).

So it's not exactly like a Mulliner coachwork on say, a Rolls Royce. The parent company understood the deficiencies in their product and worked with the coachbuilder to come up with an impressive end product.

...and boy, does it impress!

synn

Comments on HTC HD2 review

@Joshua Topolsky oh Honesty .... It is obvious that the person who is biased here is the one that thinks that anybody who says something negative about winmo is biased.
