It is discriminatory, but it's discrimination that is allowed by companies, there's just a point where there's a line drawn, and that line is drawn by lawmakers and precedents set.

For instance in many countries/states restaurants must by law be accessible to wheelchairs, now how is that so much different? Those were all of 2008's great new Razer releases, enough to convince me that Razer is just a marketing machine with puppet "pro gamers" pushing their horrible products. It seems to me with each new release of a Razer mouse, they create a new fire that they're putting out with it. I have owned every Razer mouse since they went USB and besides the Lachesis (which WAS fixed with firmware updates, btw) every single one has been a dream. Even without those issues, I can't even agree that they make great mice otherwise. They've made ONE great mouse (which is just about on par with most of the other mice manufacturers).
