I want to mount a 4 - 7 inch device right onto my handle bars. Atleast until the eye wear type tech comes out.

Im at a point where I can charge my phone, and batteries at the same time as riding around...

You had a 5 inch pocket pc? This would be thinner though, so I doubt it'll feel like a brick.
