They were covered in black cloth and had some sort of GPS/telemetry device on the roof, but you could tell by the shape. They also had Michigan "manufacturer" plates. <br><br>This wasn't the first time I've seen pre-production cars on the highways, either. The whole hubbub surrounding this thing is that it's the first primarily electric only propulsion car made by the big automakers for sale to the general public.
