Sadly I don't think either is matte. Yeah I know. But ATI-s drivers and support suck ass + compared to nvidias especially the quadros are better than ATI-s cards. This overheating thing is marketing. I used to have a QuadroNVS 140M I worked the shit out of it, never had any problems. + my problem is mainly that if I'd like a 14-15'' Thinkpad with nvidia quadro gpu I'm fucked. It doesn't, as Dell has shown with the Latitude Z. But alot of the things in the M6500 require alot of space.
