No real problems.  When it started I did get a warning message, something about no backup found.  I'm guessing that the OTA update maybe does some kind of backup before the upgrade, in case things go really wrong it can then rollback.  Anyway, everything worked fine.  I'd make sure your battery is charged, you don't want to lose power during something like this.<br>All that being said I'm not seeing any big improvements. I just updated from 2.0 to 2.0.1,  and there are a ton of differences. First off the menu stuttering is fixed! Everything seems to be moving faster in terms of GUI (animation). Apps are opening more smoothly and closing faster. Three way calling is working flawlessly for me. The Android default browser seems to working faster (not that it needed to). A big change is the default LOCK screen is changed. The intro (when powering on) is changed and looks cooler. You will love how customizable this device is. Honestly man, you have no idea until it's in your hands but this is the best gadget I've owned in years. I am not a huge cellphone freak but I love this phone. Switching from WinMo to this was hard for me, but I'll never look back at this point.
