I think if Apple goes with new data center and cloud storage, I'd say that device internal memory growth might slow down. A 64GB iPhone would seem to have as much memory as 90% of the users would ever need (at least for the next several years). There was a rumor that even the tablet will only have 64 GB of memory. Yeah, if it doesn't have higher resolution screen, FM-radio and multitasking I'm not interested. Proper file manager would be nice too, let alone microSD slot, proper bluetooth file transfers, front facing camera and such. I personally never "owned" a iPhone though fellow colleagues and my missus had one so I have "experienced" the UI as you said, and I want them to actually make it slick and intuitive. The current iteration of the iPhone UI is just big buttons for capacitive screen.
