I created an account a couple months ago, ignored it, never bought anything. All of a sudden, $350 between 9 purchases in a week show up on my visa (all APPL*ITUNES).

Itunes doesn't even have custom support via phone... had to email them to "beg" them to disable the account (took more then 24 hours to shut down the account... it took my credit card company about 60 seconds). Itunes refuses to take any responsibility for the unauthorized charges.

Somebody hijacked my account, changed the email address (and I received no notification of the change) and password so i couldn't see what was going on. Every other internet company tends to do things like email the old email address when someone tries to change it to a new one. Not itunes.
