So when was the last time your holiday stocking was covered with Shadowfiends, tree form and daggers? Yeah, we thought so. Neither are ours. Follow the example, then, set by these customized wonders from Arensson of Thorium Brotherhood and her friend Syrellis. "The look on our hubbies' faces was absolutely priceless when we surprised them," Arensson reports. "Definitely worth the effort. I have to note that we tried our very best to get a Berserking enchantment on the dagger for the rogue and a +81 Spellpower enchantment on the staff for mine. We had a blast making these stockings and are thinking about doing ones for our alts next year!"

We've got more holiday merriment after the break: including a truly epic rendering of the ubiquitous "Night Before Christmas."

This epic twist on the "Night Before Christmas" pays tribute to members of <Inevitable> of Feathermoon, the guildmates of author Lunarix.

'Twas the night before the Veil, when all through the raid
Not a player was stirring, not even a shade;
The meters were hung on Recount with flair,
In hopes that St. Paxximus would bother to care;

The bosses were slaughtered all bloody and dead,
While visions of loots danced in their heads;
And Kraiven in his armor, and I with my staff,
Were convinced we were the finest in Warcraft.

When outside of the tower there arose such a clatter,
I returned from shadowform to see what was the matter.
Away Morrel flew like a flash,
Naidia threw on her helmet and readied her axe,

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of mid-day to raiders below,
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a darkened steed, and eight deadly Val'kyr.

With a ominous, dark driver, with his angels that sing,
I knew in a moment it must be Arthas, the Lich King.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he cackled, and shouted, and called them by name;

"Now, Hildr! Now, Geiravör! Now, Kára and Mist!
On, Ölrún! On Sigrún! On, Göndul and Hrist!
To the hearts of these men! Strike 'til they fall!
Now slash away! Slash away! Slash away all!"

As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, Raiders of the Ally,
So down to Inevitable the coursers they flew,
With swords and maces, and Lich King too.

And then, in a twinkling, I saw in Korrh's eyes
The grin and the planning, of each Val'Kyr's demise.
With my staff in my hand, and was turning around,
Into battle launched Inevitable from the ground.

Reikko was dressed all in leather, from her head to her toe,
Chaosti's robe was shimmering with magic and glow;
A bundle of arrows Ghell had flung on his back,
And it looked like his wolf was just waiting to snack.

Eselia's eyes -- how they twinkled! Her dimples how merry!
Tormod's drunken cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry!
Unload's little smirk was drawn up like his bow,
Veratyr's axes had already bloodied the snow;

The hilt of his blade he held tight in his hand,
And blue mist, it encircled his helm like a band;
He had a flying, armored steed, and the power of dead;
The ground shook, as he laughed, used his army instead;

He was scary and dark, a right terrifying old Lich,
And I laughed when Soul pointed, and called him his bitch;
A narrow of his eye and a twist of his head,
Soon gave me to think I had everything to dread;

He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
Ordering his Val'Kyr to attack, to dispose of this jerk,
Soul laying his shield aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, the Val'Kyr's weakness, exposed;

Nay a spear, nor a sword, nor a mace could get through,
His defenses stood fast, no matter how hard they flew;
Counterattack, they did, the heroes that day,
Razzputin's shadow, Swalker's fire, and Lunarix' Mind Flay.

While Exe's wave, Ispar's light, and Galfin's beacon did shine,
Soultakerr was an invincible avatar devine.
As the raiders of Inevitable brought down the rain;
The Lich King thought to retreat, lest they die in vain.

The King turned his steed, to his team gave a summon,
And away they all flew away as spells and arrows sent them runnin'.
But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight,
"In the future, Inevitable, your souls will be mine!"

I don't know about you, but it's going to be a long while before I'm done stalking about the house cackling "Now slash away! Slash away! Slash away all!" Happy holidays to all our crafters from World of WarCrafts.
