Raid 0 is striped. The stripe width is typically around 512 bytes. A file written to a raid 0 drive is split into chunks of 512 bytes. The first chunk is put on drive 1, second chunk on drive 2, etc. To reconstruct the data, all drives involved need to be functioning. The Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) is equal to the MTTF of one drive divided by the number of disks. In this case, 4. One thing about the SSDs is that while they don't have moving parts, each of the bits on the device has a finite number of writes.
