Is that the Touchstone? It looks like it's included with the Pre? Do I like question marks?<br><br>The 16gb bump seems decent although if they can't fix the iTunes syncing more often it's somewhat moot (although the way my Pre finds music I just dump into the root filesystem is nice).<br><br>If they can fix the biggest Pre issues that I've griped about in the past I'd consider moving to Verizon. I like Sprint's network and coverage but their tech support is so abysmally bad (even now after all the improvements) that I can't deal with them much longer. A friend's Pre needed to be reset on Sprint's end and even with my girlfriend being an ex-Sprint employee the techs wouldn't listen to her and it was a 2 hour ordeal. They treat their employees like crap, too. I owned one for two weeks before returning it. The build quality leaves a lot to be desired and the lack of any real physical navigation and pickup/hangup buttons leave my Centro with an edge over both these phones.<br><br>I wanted to love the Pre. The OS is beautiful. But the actual hardware is junk. Feels like a toy. But if it's anything like the Sprint Hero then year I would. The Hero has incredible build quality, a great little scroll ball, physical buttons, a nice soft touch coating to it and multitouch screen. Since I'm 17 I couldn't switch to get an iPhone so I was stuck with my family's sprint plan, which I thought would be okay with the Pre coming out, saved up. Bought it nearly full price only to be sorely disappointed on a ton of levels, shit vibrate, no LED notifications(at the time, I THINK there's some now), and poor battery life, all of that on top of a shoddy build quality.
