I have seen what android has managed to do in the past few months and they dont seem to be doing anything but picking up steam... Androids offerings make Palms look like a sick joke...

stick with Verizon! Either get the Palm Pre Plus or give a few months wait for the Nexus One. Either way, a great phone on the best 3g network is bound to mean good things. They have already fixed the build quality of hte Pre by quite a bit over the past 6 months. I wouldn't get your undies in a bunch over the RAM. Unless you're running a ton of apps at once it's not going to ruin the experience. The Processor and 3D Chip are exactly the same.

I suppose it could affect 3D performance if games become large and cumbersome, but I don't think that's how games are programmed for these devices.
