With an elegant asymmetrical design that conceals the PC in its base instead of conventionally having the PC behind the screen, the A300 has a depth of just 18.5mm for its 21.5-inch Full HD LED panel. Indeed the IdeaCentre is challenging the Apple iMac in style and thinness. A 27" Dell panel that was reviewed on here awhile back (the same as the one in the iMac from what I can see) costs over $1000 by itself. When you look at a 27" quad core iMac being $2000 that is good value. The smaller models are also good. Even the lowest end iMac is going to have much better performance in comparison to this Lenovo. You also have to remember the level of fit an finish that goes into an iMac in comparison to this. Eg. Take the Magic Mouse vs the one that comes with this Lenovo.
Besides that, there simply isn't anything to compare to the top end iMac from any manufacturer. Can you like me to any other 27" 2560 x 1440 i7 all in one computers?
TBH, whilst arguing that Macs can do more is stupid, saying that Windows PCs can is equally stupid. Whilst a Mac can't actually *do* more it can do what its doing faster, more easily and in more style, and in doing so make this task accessible to more users.

Samuel.H

Comments on Lenovo IdeaCentre A300 and C310 hands-on

Why can't the people at Lenova think of a better "Idea" rather than simply copying the iMac design???

CommonSense

Comments on Lenovo IdeaCentre A300 and C310 hands-on

@CommonSense Ridiculous.
