The PR guy quoted a sub-5000k price on a whole rig if i heard him correct. I wouldn't say godlike. There are a few camcorders with better PQ but they cost a few hundred thousand dollars more...Sony's f23, f53 and the new srw-9000 which is actually pretty cheap at about 50gs.

He was constantly pawing at it, demanding different angles, and polluting the audio with his camera clicking.

Honestly, this thing fits in your hand- there's just not that much product to photograph. I think someone brought this up on the RED forum, but Jim likes the name and is sticking with it. On top of that, they have an accessory in the works that will be some kind of camera support system with NATO rails and is called RED Gunner. This is in case your REDMote fails to detonate your Bomb EVF.
