They are business devices which have slowly filtered through to the general market, and RIM's biggest problem is going to be changing up their devices without spoiling the form factor which makes them so popular. How many of you have actually *owned* or even used one for longer than two minutes in a phone store?  I like my Bold - does anything I could really want to do, fantastic keyboard and the screen is amazing.  If I have one gripe its the fact a few common symbols ("&", for example)are relegated to  secondary key combos. Bolt browser was faster, but it used a terribly ugly font, it was also very buggy. I used to defend my BlackBerry just like you did, but I realized I was just trying to justify my purchase. I ended up getting another iPhone, which I just sold. And to be fair the last two really look nothing like the first one which is arguably the best looking one depending on who you ask.
