C= 100
L= 50
X= 10
If a number of lower or value comes after the other it gets added to it, if a number of lower value gets placed after the previous it gets subtracted.
Hence, this is what you'd get: 100+100+(50-10)+10= 250
Which could very easily be done with CCL. When a number of lower or equal value gets placed after the previous one, it gets added to it.
When a number of lower value gets placed before one of higher value it gets subtracted from the higher number.
