It's a bit zoomed out to show the whole page so there are several artifacts (which are not even noticeable while surfing on the device), but when zoomed to fit the comments section it's identical to my desktop FF and the speed difference is barely noticeable. As for bells n' whistles, it has everything that I could think of, it even supports extensions - I have AdBlock Plus installed so no performance decrease due to the tons of Flash ads, yet when you do need Flash it's right there and shows up perfectly as it has full Flash, not that abomination called Flash Lite. And there is about:config page identical to desktop FF if you want to tweak it even more. And that's the stock browser (microB, based on FF 3.5), there is Mozilla's Fennec available as well which haves even more bells n' whistles, but I find it a tad bit slower than microB while page rendering is the same.

Seriously, find some store that has it in stock and go test it - even tho I've bought it not primarily because of the web browser quality, I'm honestly blown away how well does it work.

incognito

Comments on

if I could magically go back and NOT kiss a lightpole with the softspot of my front bumper, I'd pony up for a N900 out of sheer joy.

cWj

Comments on

i have the urge to hold my n900 up to my laptop screen and go "look! look! its your brother!"

skyblaze

Comments on

@skyblaze

ow.

cWj

Comments on

By 2015 Nokia hopes to be India's largest facilitator of cattle sales.

mattbates

Comments on

I don't think that phone will be most common "web" browsers, since most websites look terrible on most mobile phones, except for the iPhone.
I can see people wanting to use apps more than the actual web.
