If you're curious you can google it. I have before. My findings have shown that it's really just the wireless infrastructure, America has a much larger landmass than SK & Japan. Those countries are much easier to cover b/c of their size. That's why they have so much faster & better networks for cheaper. Not to mention their population density helps to grow that infrastructure faster.
