Easily the best beast on the market, but I think they wanted to iron all the bugs out before they gave it to such finicky gadgeteers. Plus it's a sure bet to be released with 6.5.3 (6.6) with the official version having stripped any and all old stylus type screens throughout the OS. Also, they will have completely replaced the camera hardware and hopefully upgrade it to 5MPS and 720p video shooting.

AABacon

Comments on HTC HD2 extended battery with kickstand up for pre-order in the UK

@AABacon
It's coming to T-Mobile in the first part of the year if I'm not mistaken.

hfm

Comments on HTC HD2 extended battery with kickstand up for pre-order in the UK

We have to wait if all holds true by clove. With average usage, virtually every smartphone will last a day. Heck, I'm running a buggy version of Android on my Fuze that has a battery in need of replacement and it will last me 8 hours with light usage, and 4-5 with heavy use. That's me pulling Pandora for about 30 minutes, sending and receiving 50-60 text messages, and (obviously) receiving push email. In WinMo, my phone will last about another 2 hours. That's all with 3G enabled. Now the HD2 has a far larger screen, but I'm sure after the phone is finished "settling" its battery life would be about the same. Do I wish battery life was better? Yeah, who wouldn't, but I'm 100% fine with it where it is. It isn't like it's dying on me in the middle of the day.

These people that constantly complain of battery life with smart phones need to go back to dumb phones.
