No kidding, this is really starting to make me mad. T-Mobile is terrible here, and yet, they are getting all the best phones. However, those of us on AT&T get the iPhone and NOTHING else. That is, IF, they bring in these higher end phones in that stratospheric range of phone prices. Even the highest end iPhone with 32Mb is available for $299. When are carriers going to get it that in the US, the most that most folks will be willing to dish out for a new and subsidized phone is $299. Compare how many TP2 have been sold on AT&T vs TMo, and you'd see that it's not just the cost of monthly service, but also cost of entry.

I also love my HTC Hero (EU "Chin" edition) but even with all the great free apps from Adro market, the lack of working voice dialing prevents me for using it as my primary phone.
I just sold my Nokia N97 which I had got in exchange of the old iPhone 3GS and now I can't decide if the Hero is to be replaced by a Milestone/droid, this Sholes thingy, a Nexus one or the SE X10 wich will be introduced in 2 weeks from today.
The X10 seems a killer machine but SE usually manages to make a mess out of even the most promising devices and the N1 has the most advanced ROM.
It's getting really hard to decide which andro smartphone is the best option.
