Dropping cable for internet streaming is great for the first 5 people who do it in an area. Good luck with your Riku players, just hope you NEVER need customer service. They NEVER return phone calls (and you NEVER get anyone on the phone, only a voice mail box) and never reply to emails. Getting an RMA is a matter of luck.

As a previous owner of two Soundbridge radios (which I LOVED ...when they worked - they have a fatal design with a faulty PSA that dies regularly after a few months, usually around the end of warranty... check the roku forums for hundreds of horror stories, all the same) I would NEVER buy another Roku product. They DO make great, innovative products, but they're simply not reliable, BOTH hardware-wise, and from a Customer Support stand point (especially).

Alex Pascale

Comments on Netflix celebrates Q4 success of 1 million new subscribers and eyes bigger growth ahead; Roku too

@sfitalianguy roku message board has been very helpful

gamedude420

Comments on Netflix celebrates Q4 success of 1 million new subscribers and eyes bigger growth ahead; Roku too

@gamedude360 maybe, but the two moderators are volunteers, not paid by Roku. as far as I can tell Roku ignores the forum now.

Alex Pascale

Comments on Netflix celebrates Q4 success of 1 million new subscribers and eyes bigger growth ahead; Roku too

Imagine all of the new subscribers these companies will get when they support the iPad!
