Multi-tasking. To me, the iPad hardware is trapped in the iPhone OS software. If you include multi-tasking, you are truly making the iPad the middle category between the laptop and the smart phone. <br><br>2. Flash. Sorry Apple, if this is gonna be the ultimate internet/media gadget, it's gotta have flash. Hulu and Netflix on the iPad would be game-changers. <br><br>3. Front-facing camera w/ iChat and Photo booth apps. Just look at the name in 1 to 3 year you are going to eating your words. <br><br>It is cheaper than a MacBook Air and it is for students and no student has that much money.<br><br>It can do more than Google's Chrome NetBook JK <br><br>By the way the iWork can Multi Task with itself you can upload photo without closing the app. <br><br>I think that the iPad will sell off the shelves really fast just look at how success the Nexus One and the HTC HD 2 is selling and this is big and the ads are not out yet.   <br>I think NBC and CBS have iPhone pages and TV.com WebPages <br><br>YouTube is in HTML 5 Google will push HTML 5 and so is Apple that is god for now. <br><br>Skyfire runs Flash <br>And Nokia phones runs Flash and they don't use Adobe for Flash so does Linux somehow.<br><br>Adobe needs Apple a lot more than Apple needs Adobe (Flash) but maybe they will work something out <br>Why would they talk about new iPhone OS futures before the new iPhone/ 4.0?   <br>Facebook app? Firefox is not implementing support for h.264 as its not open, and basically what makes flash great, is that its like java.  It works on any machine with flash runtime.  HTML5 means the OS has to support the codec and its very likely that consumers will see websites that use all kinds of video codecs that are supported on some systems but not others.  Even though adobe supports hardware acceleration, its still an alpha product if you ask me.
