This thing may not be a murcielago, but from everything I've seen it holds true to the classic Lotus performance trend. The government doesn't just give away money. loans and bailout money are the same thing. All of it has to be paid back. so maybe you should "learn some basic facts". All I'm saying is that Tesla, who has already been successful with an electric car, deserves to get a loan because they know what they're doing. The other car companies have no experience selling electric cars and, let's face it, they completely mismanaged their companies. If Tesla goes bankrupt, like GM, then loan or not the money is gone. They haven't turned a profit yet, released any new viable technology, high management turnover, and their cars are extremely unreliable. Check for yourself if you don't believe me. Ford sells the fusion and escape hybrid in exponentially higher numbers then anything Tesla has done, so I'm sure they are much further ahead in battery and motor technology. Tesla is a pipe dream of rich investors riding the green bandwagon.

IO

Comments on Tesla Roadster to bid adieu in 2011, successor coming in 2013

@IO

It's best I correct you before some eco-tard does.
