I've been using my IPAQ HX4700 ( 4" screen, VGA resolution) for over 5years to read books using these programs. I also have a Sony Reader. The IPAQ gets much more use.

As for Windows Mobile and an e-ink screen, that remains to be seen. Many of the UI elements (e.g. the titanium home screen) require speedy graphics refresh rates, which is just not possible with e-ink technology.
