I support iphones, WM, Android, WebOS, Palm, symbian and BB RIMjobs. And frankly other than the symbian phones, I can't think of a phone I'd prefer less than a RIMjob. The Android still isn't quite right for my business clients but shows tremendous potential. WM is long in the tooth but it works well for most people's needs. The iphone does many things well but ATT's network sucks.

If Tmobile's network was better I'd either get an iPhone and jailbreak it or their upcoming HD2. I know many people here don't like WM but if you are willing to upgrade to the current 6.5.3 build and customize your phone it works great but your experience out of the box if you don't want to invest time is pretty sad. There isn't that much you can do with BB even if you have an all touch device and the screen tends to break easily. The standard BB's are continually getting the rollerball replaced - I wish they'd go dpad as I'm tired of having to fix those suckers.

Have you tried using any data apps other than e-mail on a BB - it is no wonder they'll keep your internet consumption down - it sucks and there aren' t nearly as many apps available. It'd be like, Intel saying "we have a great way of combating the incessant demand for faster and faster computers, and the need for data thats crippling ATT, Time Warner and Comcast. You guessed it, we're bringing back the 386 and 486 computers of yesteryear."
Like honestly...for some people, who only use their phones as messaging device, fine. Use a blackberry, they're fast an efficient, w/e (my fingers are simply too fat to use any candybar style device). But to say that people with real smartphones (iphone, winmo, android) should in the future be more or less downgraded to a blackberry. thats VERY crazy. Some BB owners may get offended that i used the word ''downgraded'' But ask any moderate iphone, winmo or android user, and for sure any power user, and i'm sure they'd be glad to tell you how much of a downgrade it is.

SimbaDogg

Comments on RIM CEO claims we are staring 'down the barrel of a capacity crunch,' should all get BlackBerrys to prevent it

@WickedEast
its rare to see...but you must be a blackberry fanboy. i mean honestly, other than MESSAGING (and seriously thats it) try to name off some things that BB phones do well, let alone are very capable of doing when compared to iphones, windows phone, android handsets.
