This is amazing! I've been considering converting over to Android since my contract is up soon. I'm sold on almost everything.

I switch back and fourth with the touch of a button. and ported the 3d gallery along with desktop clock for my dock. No need to go back to vanilla roms now. That's the only reason I did'nt get a N1 to substitute my beloved Hero.
If the Desire's voice interface works decently I'll finally be able to use only one phone instead of having to carry the Hero (because of its android apps and versatility) and the HD2 because of its functional,( XDA dev.'s released) voice dialing function and top notch screen, essential for sat nav.

Wait I don't understand your logic. Why would it be cheaper and not more expensive? I think that it should actually cost more since it has an optical trackpad, and more importantly because it has Sense UI.

Of course it's lacking that second microphone, but besides that I figure they would charge more since it has Sense UI since they do all the testing for the phone.
