DiRT2 runs well with settings turned up quite high in native res.<br><br>However, it does have the occasional stutter, is very noisy and runs very hot. Both actual GTX2xx and Radeon 5xxx cards are capable of driving the resolutions in pretty much all games.<br><br>The ATI wasn't even hiding the fact that Eyefinity was introduced mostly as a mean to justify the excessive performance of 5870 and 5970 cards. It's not like there are thousands of developers out there writing commercial applications for CUDA.  All that stuff is pure business and science.  The consumer gets no benefit from all these additions that nVidia took years to make and now they are tossing them in consumer cards and charging $700.
