Exactly. RIM has different models of phones for different markets. More and more regular consumers are getting Blackberries as texting phones that just happen to run Facebook and can browse the web.

You don't think big corporate users were buying those skinny ol' Pearls, do ya? :)

Regardless, you still can't deny the fact that RIM needs to get their act together. The OS is horrible and buggy. I would have no complaints if the damn thing worked but it doesn't. I've never owned a phone that reset itself randomly and crashed as a BB does. Why do you think apps are usually 3-5 times the price of the same apps on other platforms?
