Why should Nokia's patent be more defensible than Apple's?

What I really think is going on is people are upset that an American company is doing well v. their European competitor.

Those mocking the ipad are a few weeks away from looking like total fools - again.

For all the criticism the Apple TV gets, there isn't a product in it's class selling more HD movies and TV shows. Last I checked apple tv did over 2x the revenue (movies and tv) than xbox 369, which would be the closest competitor. Sales were up 35% over last year. Which comparable product did 35% growth?
