I do agree with everything else. I understand that every Palm device will probably have a keyboard but I'd love to see a nice onscreen keyboard with no physical one. I'm thinking a Palm device with HD2-esque specs. What they need to do with the C40 to succeed is not only provide innovative hardware to match the software, but a truly beautiful form factor. One that makes customers automatically wonder who it's made by and then the name Palm will start popping back into people's heads with respect like they had ages ago. If they do decide to go the slate route they need something better than the arrow to navigate around words though, they need something to rival the iPhone's magnifying glass feature (which I personally find incredibly useful and beautifully implemented).

And while I'm rambling I'd like to add how atrocious scrolling is compared to the iPhone.
